Sonax Profiline perfect finish 1 Liter
High-gloss machine polish for a hologram-free polishing result on new and slightly weathered paintwork. Specially developed for the 1-step polishing of locally sanded paint damage due to embedded dust or sags. The special Nano abrasive removes the resulting scratches and simultaneously creates a high degree of gloss without causing holograms. Removes sanding marks up to P-2000. Silicone-free and low-dust.
Application:
- If necessary, pre-sand the paint with P2000 grit sandpaper (or finer) or pre-polish with SONAX Cutmax.
- Use a speed-adjustable rotary polisher with SONAX Polishing Wheel medium or Polishing Wheel soft.
- Always keep the polishing wheel flat.
- Machines can be operated with medium to light pressure.
- Do not polish for too long to prevent the polishing disc from running dry on the paint.
- Perform multiple individual polishing steps adding small amounts of polishing compound instead of one long polishing pass.
- Wipe off polish residue with a SONAX Soft Touch microfibre cloth using light pressure.
- In between, always check the polishing result with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare on a SONAX microfibre cloth Soft Touch, then in combination with an anti-hologram lamp.
- Alternatively, an eccentric machine can also be used for the paint finish.
