Your account

Certain sections of our web shop require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. With this information we create an account, where you can log in with this user name and a password of your choice. For this purpose we use your e-mail address, IP address, name and address, billing address, telephone number and gender. We need this information for the contract we have with you. We keep this information until you cancel your account. We save this information so that you do not have to fill it in again each time and so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the contract. You can amend information via your account whenever you wish to do so.

Contact form

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. We will use your name and address details for this purpose. We do this on the basis of your consent. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response. We keep statistics about the use of our web shop. With these statistics, we improve our web shop, for example to show only relevant information. We can combine your personal data to find out more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us. For this purpose, we use your name and address, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We need these because of the contract we have with you. We keep this information for six weeks.

Advertising

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this by e-mail and/or via social media. You can object to this advertising at any time. Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also pass this on via your account.

Location data

If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be asked at the time of collection. This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by Google or Apple themselves, for example. We have no control over this. So always read the privacy statements of the relevant provider.

Advertisements

Our web shop displays general advertisements. We do not keep any personal data, so we do not know if you like them.

Provision to other companies or organisations

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will under no circumstances pass on your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires it in the case of suspected crime).
