Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E-Series and F-Series
The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 535 mm x 332 mm x 150 mm (19.2 L stepped), which provides a 113.5% larger intake surface area and 120% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality finned tube with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 12.5 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. This intercooler creates significantly less back pressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significantly higher performance. A completely ready-to-use kit; simply replace the standard intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
