    Autostyle lowering springs have a progressive spring rate. With a linear spring, the spring always collapses a certain distance at a certain weight, but this is not the case with a progressive spring. The spring becomes stiffer as it compresses further. This way you achieve better handling and comfort. The lowering springs have an epoxy coating to protect the product against corrosion for a long time.
