What should I do if I have not received my order?

Has your order been shipped, but you haven't received it yet? That is not how it should be! Please trust that we are doing everything we can to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. You can follow the step-by-step plan below:

Track & trace
After sending your parcel, you will receive an additional email containing the Track & Trace details. You can use these details to track your parcel. Sometimes, the indication may have changed or the shipment may have been unexpectedly delayed by our carrier. Your parcel will, of course, still be delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery address
Is the address you entered correct? You can check this in your order and with the Track & Trace details. Is the address incorrect? Please contact our customer care department. We will then ensure that the parcel is delivered to the correct address.

Not at home card
You can also check your letterbox. Perhaps you missed the delivery driver. Our carriers always leave a non-home card in your letterbox. This allows you to specify a new delivery date or tells you where you can collect the parcel.
