Passive holder with tilt and swivel function
With your Tab S8 in a holder attached to your car, you will always have it within reach in the car. Safe, tidy and convenient! For example, you can connect a charging cable to the surfpad when it is in the holder.
The holder is mounted on a tiltable swivel base. This means that you can adjust the angle to prevent light reflection on the screen. You can easily switch between portrait and landscape mode by turning the holder to the desired position. It is easy to place the surfpad in the holder, and take it with you when you leave the car.
Tablets (Surfpads) should not be installed on the dashboard of a car if they obstruct the view or block important controls. ProClip (Brodit's car mounting bracket) is designed for the installation of smaller devices such as mobile phones and GPS devices, ProClip is not designed for large devices such as tablets. In some vehicles, ProClip has an extra secure fit and can therefore also be used for the installation of a tablet. If you wish to mount a tablet on the dashboard of the car, each tablet-car combination should be examined in detail by you to determine whether such an installation is possible in the specific case. The position and how firmly the ProClip sits in place should be taken into account, as well as the size of the tablet you wish to use. Brodit does not provide recommendations for such installations.
An installation of a tablet on the dashboard of a vehicle is always at the customer's own responsibility. Brodit recommends using tablets on the car's headrest, installed on a Brodit headrest mount.
