DS 2500 brake pads – Brake pads that are suitable for both the street and the track
Ferodo DS2500 brake pads are popular with people who occasionally take their car on sporting outings. The DS2500 brake pads have a better friction coefficient and significantly better resistance to higher temperatures.
They dust more than original brake pads, but give much more confidence during sporty driving or driving on the track. The DS2500 even slowly increases friction as the temperature of the blocks increases. The heat transfer to the brake calipers will also be smaller, meaning that the fluid will not heat up as quickly. This allows you to drive many more laps fast than you would normally be used to. The good pedal feel allows you to better modulate the brake pressure.
The best combination for street and track:
