Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit Audi A4/5 B8.5 2.0 TFSI
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm = 17.446 l), which provides 178% more airflow area and 158% more intake air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance intercooler features a high-quality finned tube with internal turbulators. This means that despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.1 kg.
The cast aluminum end casings were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end casing ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the standard intercooler.
Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with significantly higher performance. This complete, ready-to-use kit simply replaces the standard intercooler.
Tested to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality controls. Suitable for racing use.
