    Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit EVO3 Audi RSQ3 F3

    The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16,500 cm³) and offers an 84% larger intake surface area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator. It is a high-quality finned tube with internal turbulators. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air guides in the inlet ensure even charging of the intercooler.

    The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure, making this kit suitable for racing. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with significantly higher performance. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, weigh only 11.7 kg.

    Installation is done using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (see the installation instructions for minor adjustments). Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
