Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit Fiat 500 Abarth

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new type of competition mesh (Tube Fin) measuring 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm (9.8 litres), specially developed for the requirements of the Fiat 500 Abarth. This high-performance mesh offers an 85% larger intake surface area and 131% more mesh volume compared to the original intercoolers. The cast aluminium end casings were designed in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow).
For optimal heat exchange, the WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler is mounted at the front of the vehicle, replacing the two original side coolers. Together with the WAGNERTUNING silicone hoses, the newly developed elliptical hose connection at the outlet of this intercooler allows for maximum shortening of the intercooler duct. This, combined with the generally lower backpressure of the intercooling system (see diagram), significantly improved overall responsiveness.
A heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring long-lasting and optimal cooling. Installation is simple (plug and play) and replaces the original intercooler. All our products are continuously monitored for quality.
