Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit Ford Fiesta St MK8
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new Competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm. This equates to an external core volume of 13.5 liters. As a result, the WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the Ford Fiesta ST offers 150% more frontal airflow area and 86% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler.
The cast aluminum end cases were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An air duct integrated into the cooler inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler core. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Furthermore, the newly developed Competition high-performance core provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator, and is also very lightweight. This makes this kit ideal for racing. Optimal intake air cooling with a significant performance boost!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences and ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Installation uses the original mounting points and is easy to do (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
