Opel Astra H OPC 2.0 Turbo 177 kW/240 hp (2005-2010)
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (550 mm x 240 mm x 90 mm = 11,830 cm³) and thus offers 132% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance grille (Tube Fin) ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still receive sufficient airflow and is also very light. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of only 7.5 kg. The cast aluminum end casings were designed in CAD and optimized for optimal internal airflow using CFD simulations. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple, simply replaces the OEM intercooler. All our products are continuously monitored for quality.
