Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit VW Tiguan 5N 2.0TSI
The Competition intercooler has the following core dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm / 17.45 l) and thus offers a 10% larger airflow surface and 50% more intake air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8 kg / WAGNER TUNING 9.2 kg). CAD-developed free-formed end casings made of cast aluminum ensure optimal internal airflow. The inlet and outlet have been enlarged (Ø 67 mm), which is why this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less back pressure than the standard cooler. In addition, all our intercoolers are provided with an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is achieved by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Now available with TÜV approval for many vehicles.
