Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit Ford Focus RS MK3
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (630 mm x 215 mm x 125 mm = 16,931 cm³), offering a 10% larger flow area and 72% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance grille is very light, meaning the complete intercooler weighs only 9.2 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. Integrated air guides in the inlet ensure even charging of the intercooler. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to 70 mm. For this reason, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is exactly what you need for racing. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (1:1 replacement). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! All our products are continuously monitored for quality.
