    The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (590 mm x 225 mm x 145 mm [stepped] = 16.6 l), offering a 30% larger flow area and 47% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance grille is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. As a result, the intercooler weighs only 9.65 kg despite its size. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. This intercooler kit was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the Mini Cooper S JCW. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. A complete, ready-to-install kit, easily replaces the standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are continuously monitored for quality. Suitable for racing.
