Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit Audi RS4 B9
The 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine (VW EA839) in the Audi RS4/RS5 models is equipped with an indirect intercooler circuit. The intake air is cooled by a water-cooled intercooler, which has been replaced by the WagnerTuning high-performance intercooler.
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new performance core measuring 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm. It was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the RS4/RS5 engine and offers 185% more external core volume than the original intercooler. The ratio of internal to external cooling surface area used ensures maximum heat transfer while simultaneously ensuring optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end caps were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore also suitable for racing. Optimal intake air cooling with a significant increase in performance!
All WAGNERTUNING intercoolers feature a heat-conducting, corrosion-resistant coating for long-lasting cooling. Installation is also easy and plug-and-play with our installation instructions.
