If you wish to change an order, we will of course be happy to help you. However, if a packing slip has already been processed or your order is already in our sorting process, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make any changes. You can check the status of your order in your My Winparts account.
- Order being processed but no packing slip yet? Please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to adjust the order for you!
- Order in progress and there is a packing slip? Unfortunately, it is not always possible to change this. You can contact our customer service for the options.
- Is your order ready for dispatch? Then your parcel is already in our sorting process. Unfortunately, we can no longer change this for you.
- Order dispatched and you have received a Track & Trace code? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you have the option of refusing the parcel or registering it for return after receipt. If you refuse the parcel at the door, it will be returned to us by the delivery service and you will receive a refund within a few working days.
