30-day free exchange, how does it work?
With our fit guarantee and our car model check, you are guaranteed to receive the right parts. That is what we stand for. In the rare event of a mistake, we will ensure that you receive the correct product quickly.
Is the product not what you wanted, or did you receive the wrong item? We will resolve this for you. We will exchange unsuitable, car-specific products that you ordered by sharing your car model free of charge. Examples include brake discs, timing belt kits, spark plugs, or other technical parts.
We request that you check whether the product fits as soon as possible after receiving it. If the item is not the right one or does not fit your car, you can exchange it very easily and free of charge at Winparts. To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask you to first submit a request online. In this request, please indicate what is wrong with the product and/or what you are looking for.
Simply register your return in our returns portal and then choose a voucher.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a voucher from us for the purchase amount. You can use this to order a replacement product on our website. Return shipping is free of charge!
Please note: the free exchange service only applies to car-specific products that you have ordered for a specific car model. Accessories such as roof boxes, bike carriers or wheel covers are not included. Would you like to exchange or return such a product? In such cases, we ask you to pay the appropriate shipping costs.
How does the return procedure work?
Returning and exchanging items at Winparts is easy. We are happy to help you with this. If you follow a few simple steps, it will be done in no time. The only thing we ask is that your return is registered within 14 days of receiving your product. After registration, you have another 14 days to send the product.
Please note that if you do not return the package within the 14-day cooling-off period and do not submit a return request, it will no longer be possible to return the product.

Return conditions
To ensure smooth processing, we have a few requests:
- We request that you return the products in their original packaging as far as possible. If necessary, you can repackage the products.
- Please do not apply brown or grey tape or write on the original packaging of the product(s). This is not a problem on the Winparts packaging box itself.
- If the parcel needs to be collected from your home by Winparts, any costs incurred will be communicated to you and charged to you.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous written statement. You may use the model withdrawal form sent by us, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
A bit of official language: if you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, we will not charge any costs for such refunds. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
