How do I submit a warranty claim?

Legal warranty
Purchases are subject to Dutch law. This means that when you purchase a product from us, you are always entitled to a good product, provided you use the product normally. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.

You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable period of time. Reasonable is understood to mean within two months.

After you have notified us, we will investigate whether we can easily repair the defect or whether we can replace the product and/or the defective parts. If this is not possible, either in whole or in the short term, we will offer you the option of terminating the agreement. You will then receive a refund of (part of) the purchase price from us.

Additional manufacturer's warranty
Some of our products come with an additional warranty from the manufacturer. Would you like more information about this warranty and what it covers? Send us an email and we will let you know immediately what additional warranty applies to the manufacturer in question. With regard to this warranty, the statutory warranty provisions that we must comply with, as described above, naturally apply in full. We therefore always recommend that you contact us first in the event of a defect. You will find provisions regarding the manufacturer's warranty on the relevant product page.
