The delivery was fast and the product seems to be of good quality. The supplied assembly instructions were incomplete and unclear to me. For example, it is not indicated that there is a difference in rubbers for the front and rear carrier and also how the 'finishing caps' must be mounted. I 'muddled' with it for a while before things went well. In any case, it will not work within the specified 15 minutes. Fortunately, the video on your site gives some extra support. Because I think there is a risk that the supports will still damage my paint, I have glued extra rubbers on the brackets that make contact with the paint. In the spring, these roof racks with a roof box will travel for 6 weeks through Portugal and Spain. Only after that journey can I properly assess whether the carriers are functioning properly, but I have every confidence in that.
