What should I do if my order is delivered damaged?

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? That is obviously not the intention.

In case of a defective or damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within two working days of receiving your order. You can submit a return request via our returns portal. This will enable us to help you more quickly and effectively.

We will inform you about the further processing of the return via the return portal as soon as possible.
